Accessing the Knowledge Base

  1. Go to the Support Portal

    • Open your web browser and navigate to the company’s Zoho Desk portal.

  2. Click on "Knowledge Base"

    • On the homepage, find and click the "Knowledge Base" or "Help Center" tab.


Searching for Articles

  1. Use the Search Bar

    • Type keywords related to your issue (e.g., "password reset," "VPN setup").

    • The system will suggest relevant articles.

  2. Browse Categories

    • If you’re unsure what to search for, explore different categories such as IT Support, HR, or Software Guides.

  3. Open an Article

    • Click on an article title to view details, including step-by-step instructions and screenshots.


What If You Can’t Find an Answer?

  1. Check Related Articles

    • Scroll down to see "Related Articles" that might address your issue.

  2. Submit a Ticket

    • If no article resolves your problem, go to the "Submit a Ticket" section to contact support
